You might find this hard to believe, but once upon a time we used to design a fair amount of print work. It's fun every once in a while to step away from the pixels and get our hands into some good old-fashioned ink on paper. We got a chance to do just that when we worked with Jules Marketing Communications on a complete in-store signage system for Performance Bicycle. The designs will be rolled out across Performance's locations across the country in the coming months. One of the first stores to be upgraded was the Santa Rosa location, which was close enough for us to take a day trip and see it in person.

Designs included everything from club membership cards to some massive wall murals. For section placards, we developed an icon set as well that was used throughout the system. Bike tire tracks feature prominently throughout as a design element as well.

It was a fun project to work on. Apologies to our internet provider, who started to buckle under the load of the gigabytes of files we were sending to the various print vendors.
