Identity, Branding and Print


Tutelian & Co., a development company with over sixty years of history building and developing properties in the central valley, turned to Hundred10 when they were ready to develop a new brand that would help them more accurately represent the breadth of their capabilities.


The inspiration for the Tutelian logo began with a city skyline. We borrowed the 45 degree angle from the original identity and built the new icon around that, evoking a city skyline and incorporating the original 'T' in the negative space.

Brand Elements

Once the identity was finalized, we developed a visual system around it. The triangle element from the icon was adapted into a gridwork pattern that is used throughout collateral pieces. A complete brand guide was developed to ensure consistent application of the identity going forward.
